Move new art/code tasks to kanban outside GitHub #111

I've tried using a GitHub project for cataloguing new art ideas (of things to create via digital paint and/or code), and the UI is high friction and there's no way to tag something as producible via digital art (as opposed to code) without creating an issue and tagging it.

Trello or summat might be simpler.

Or the self-hosted kanban I put up?

Or just use a GitHub kanban and create and tag issues?

Yes, I've decided (including for those reasons) that:

bug fixes go in the GitHub project tracker, but
new features, even if they are completely code or involve code, go in this Trello board: https://trello.com/b/37JiJQT5/earthbound-art

Accordingly, migrate appropriate tasks there.
