reformatHexPalette.sh: 46x46 hexplt reformats wrong? #133

46x46 hexplt reformats to 46 columns and 6 rows.

looking at a palette I tried this with I had intended to create it with 46 columns of colors and 46 rows, but it may have actually been created with fewer. So it may be a data source problem and there may be no error.

get_color_sample_grids_sRGB_assistant.sh was culprit; fixed in commit 02b0c6f1a26fa6d7ef181b2cb8b92d371c7529d2
