ECRR has a Function and subFunction content items. The vocabulary for functions is hierarchical. The function vocabulary is maintained at https://github.com/earthcubearchitecture-ecresourcereg/sfo. The user interface should list the top level functions:
When the user picks one, they should see the more specific sub functions, e.g.
