Place to keep track of challenges and topics for the final report

TOPIC: Canonical URL

Because schema.org does not enforce that the canonical URL of a webpage show up in the schema.org markup, harvesters will need to link these two pieces of information if not provided by the data publisher.

Basically, what would be good in this issue are things like the neotoma ID issue we talked about Adam as well as general items we see related to publishers.
