a couple of alternative dataset docs; Draft repository docs for EarthChem Portal (ECP), EarthChem Library (ECL), and Marine-geo digital library (MGDL). more work needed on the availableChannel.ServiceChannel encoding....

These look good, Steve. I'll merge them, thanks! There's a field on Dataset I've been meaning to add to the docs called http://schema.org/isAccessibleForFree not sure if that's useful/applicable here.
