Upgrade to influxdb 1.6 and grafana 5.2 #457

Influxdb is currently at 1.4. Release 1.6 provides performance and functional enhancements.

Grafana is currently at 5.0.4. Release 5.2 brings improved security, and enhanced data selection features.
