Add instructions to the docs for gmail app token management #573

We typically use gmail for the mail relay from CHORDS and Grafana. Gmail has eliminated (06/101/2022) the "insecure" login method. But it seems that they have a method to register an application token for just this purpose.

The docs should be updated to explain this.
