New action workflow that will package new changes submitted via a pull request and add a comment with a link to the zip file of the plugin containing the suggested changes. This will speed up the user testing of new features/fixes/changes before merging new updates into the main repository.

Merging the PR, the current CI test fail is due to the lack of access/permission to run the new added workflow.
