Reference related ticket ... was marked as "completed" but ECC is not yet tagging new spaces with "ecc" label.

While Confluence spaces can be given labels through the API, these labels are not used in the UI as Space Categories.

The 'ecc' Space Category is now added when a new space is created by the ECC.
