The plan for PI 19.1 is to, by the end of the PI, begin enforcing that projects pass the CVE checks that run as part of CI Pipeline. To this end, we may find CVE's that crop up in the automated check that runs for ECC. This ticket is to address those issues, so we can still build and deploy ECC.
