Currently, the ECC uses local URS LDAP (running in vagrant) to authenticate users.

This should be overhauled to use proper authentication scheme and user store(s).

Initial estimation time:
1/2 day - gathering information
1 day - learning/preparing
2 days - implementation
1/2 day - testing
