The ECC project creation form should say "Bitbucket", not "Stash", and explain (briefly) what each component is. #65

Stash has been renamed to Bitbucket; and new users won't have any idea what any of the three components are. It doesn't need to be a long description, just something saying that JIRA == ticket tracking, Confluence == wiki, Bitbucket = source control.
