Healthcare : Issue in Patient History #151

Information about bug

Issue 1 : While viewing Patient History via Patient record through view button, the user has to manually still select Patient

Steps to reproduce :

  1. Go to Patient record list and open a Patient record
  2. From view button select "Patient History"

Issue 2 : On opening a Patient History the charts are rendered only with values

Actually there is some JS problem that occurs when the Patient History is called from a patient but it shows another patient's history. We overcome it by replacing the Patient History page but still some edge cases exists. Would be good to avoid this altogether in core.
