Completed the overview, wrangle, and normalize yesterday, but was unable to complete the next notebook for plotting due to errors with geoviews. I saw that others were also having issues on the discussion posts and I also posted there with the error message I got and what I tried.

Waiting for resolution of this before I can continue working on it. I've tried searching stack overflow and other websites, even the github discussions and I still cant figure it out.

Completed challenege but waiting to do pull request until I finish the climate coding post so both can be pushed at the same time. I however, have not checked to see if the website is back up for the climate data. if it's back up I'll finish that post but if not I'll do a pull request for this only
