NetCDF and GDAL dependencies #84

Installation into a new linux os fails on ncdf4 and rgdal. These dependencies should be specified in the installation guide.

Additionally, install_py_deps with conda fails:

EnvironmentLocationNotFound: Not a conda environment: /home/travis/anaconda3/envs/r-reticulate

Error: installation of 'python' into environment 'r-reticulate' failed [error code 1]
