Lesson 4. File Formats Exercice dataset missing #3

It seems the dataset used in this lesson: https://www.earthdatascience.org/courses/intro-to-earth-data-science/file-formats/use-spatial-data/file-formats-exercise/

is no longer available anywhere. ArcGis Hub and the official open data portal of the city of Boulder CO just return a 404 error now. I've even e-mailed their open data service twice to ask them to fix the link/reupload the file, but they've just ignored my request both times.

Would it be possible to either make it available on your end, or retool the lesson with a different example?

I can verify this issue as well. Received a 404 at both City of Boulder Open Data and ArcGIS Hub.

Good news! The City of Boulder Open Data Team just replied to me. The file is up on their servers again and available at the original url (the one provided on Earth Data Science's page for that lesson)!

Well, the file appears to be down again... I've messaged the City of Boulder. Hopefully it gets fixed for good soon. Will keep you posted.
