Buttons set to state 4 (Non-Visible) still trigger event in Lua #1

Describe the bug Lua button event still fires even if button is created in state 4 (non-visible). Button ID returned to event handler is 0.

To Reproduce See attached sample Lua script

Expected behavior Lua button event should not fire
