LIGHT_OFF command sets BRIGHTNESS to 0

Describe the bug When sending LIGHT_OFF, brightness also sets to 0, so a subsequent LIGHT_ON has no effect unless brightness is also reset.

Expected behavior Backlight should turn back on after LIGHT_ON because brightness setting should have been retained
