Remove ExitReq from the Lua manual #14

Describe the issue ez.ExitReq() is not a valid command--was never written even in 105 version of Lua.

Additional context As we are not an RTOS, there is no way for an external program to "request an exit" of Lua. The EZLCD API does not run during Lua execution, so there is no way to request an exit.
