Change major mode package to earthfile-mode #8

After discussed with MELPA team in https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/7701. I decided to change major mode name to earthfile-mode to keep it small scope of the major mode that it operate only Earthfile only. If have any new tool coming to the repository (such as LSP), we create new elisp file in the repository and publish a new package to MELPA separately.

And including fix bug the major mode will enable when file name including word earthfile.

I suppose that it is better to rename repository name from earthly-mode to earthfile-mode too.

I think we can rename it to more generic name such as earthly-emacs. The benefit is we can have more than 1 package inside this repo and register to MELPA separately (https://github.com/melpa/melpa/pull/7700/files for example).

@syohex @vladaionescu What do you think?

I see. I think that it is not necessary to rename if you have such plan.
