Fix debian install of dockerd #16

Currently oldstable works but stable is broken.

That PR is switching to new way of installing docker packages.

ps. I would like to do some cleaning also as part of that script.. I will check if there is something to clean and will try creating extra PR..

I'm not sure that's necessary, I'm actually working on making earthly/earthly the source of truth for this script and have the it copied over. I can tag you when the PR is ready for review.
