Exposes cache ids as ARGs in +RUN_WITH_CACHE, this enables running different commands on the cache mounts of choice.

Additionally:

• Stores INIT config as ENV entries, simplifying previous approach
• Adds new section "Mount caches and parallelization" to the documentation
