What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit
http://localhost/code/earth-api-utility-library/trunk/extensions/examples/poly-e
dit-full.html
2. Draw a polygon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
While drawing a placemark flashes at (0,0) lat/lon. It shouldn't. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
