Problems with Packed version of Extentions with IE8 #23

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. using the packed oficial release throws errors in IE8
http://earth-api-utility-library.googlecode.com/svn/tags/extensions-0.2/dist/ext
ensions.pack.js

2. so far gex.util.flyToObject, and gex.edit.drawLineString have been
throwing errors

things work in firefox and chrome with the packed version

Things work fine in IE8 after swiching to the non packed version.

Fixed in trunk. Will push the fix as 2.0.1 soon.
