sidebar and header components #488

  1. Update Side Bar to meet new designs;

  2. Update Header to meet new designs (mobile / desktop);

    In next PR's will implement:

  3. Background for App pages;
  4. Side Modal for notifications and messages; 3.. Search bar in header (desktop/mobile);
  5. Avatar Component;
