STAC management improvement #114

Add

Add feature to STAC labels generation to add GeoJSON FeatureCollections to every label item and add all possible label classes to the item.
Add support for raster and proj STAC extensions
Add support for DEM datatype

Fix

Fix typing issues and incompatibilities with Python 3.8
Fix issues in ML-Extension addition to catalogs
Fix STAC generation issues related to abs/relative paths
Fix demos 03 and 04.
