Delete datasets/models

Enable the deletion of models and datasets. In order to prevent disruption of user's workflows, delete only if:

• The dataset/model has been recently created (less than 10 days, for example).
• The dataset/model has been downloaded few times (less than 10, for example).

You can comment if you have other ideas or preferences.
