UCSD VPN prevents contribution summaries, private workspace, etc. from loading #539

Lisa and myself have this problem when running the UCSD VPN. I would like to be connected to the VPN all the time for quick access to journal articles, but can't be due to this problem. Maybe other people using VPNs have this same problem?
