I looks like currently if you have any rows in a table that violate the grouping rules, then validation fails. This check should be done on a row-by-row basis. There may be another issue on this problem, but I did not find it. We have discussed this before, but it would be great to do this now so that resolving this issue with the Green contributions can go smoothly. He is using the PmagyPy software on two datasets and it would be great if I can show him how to merge them and not have this problem come up.
