Make routes symmetric #31

This changes the topology of the routes and make them symmetric, as commented in https://github.com/earthrise-media/food-system-digital-twin-website/issues/30#issuecomment-1634467938.

@nerik this is ready for review. I also included a new ESLint rule to disable console.log on the server code.
