Add Plausible analytics to the public website #53

@cameronkruse in #52 we added the script tag for collecting analytics with Plausible. I've tested it in the staging environment and it works well. My understanding is that merging it into aws-deploy would update the public website. However, I'm opening this PR to ensure everything is correct and to allow you to review it. I've also added an environment variable NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN=food.theplotline.org to the GitHub secrets, which is the only configuration this feature requires.
