Here's an example of the patches that are extracted from the Bali TPA sites between 2019-01-01 and 2021-01-01. You an see that some patches have cloud masks that are properly applied (appears as if part of the TPA site is missing), but many patches are bright white.
Bright pixels in positive patches are manually filtered in train_pixel_classifier, but I still don't like this for data quality.
