Adjust fingerprint layout when there's vertical space #93

Think we can do something simple like bumping the legend below to take advantage of the space and have the fingerprint be a bit larger

@kelsey-taylor Thinking about this and wondering if at larger window heights we should give the sidebar a minimum height, have it just be in the upper left instead of taking up the whole left side, and maybe slide the legend below it. what do you think?

@mwbernard love both of those ideas! it is def looking a bit broken with all the negative space right now

I like the idea of the minimum height! feels the most natural to me, but down for either

I agree, I meant maximum height but I think we're on the same page. Any thoughts on where the legend should go / how it should behave?

i like the idea of sliding it either above or below the line charts — since the legend applies to both the charts and the map, either makes sense to me

In agmip meeting Jose shared his screen (small macbook) that had the legend and much of the sidebar cut off in explore mode without any scrolling available - gotta check that
