Added the Giant Otter Data + Project #2

Here we include the giant otter dataset in addition to a tutorial-style analysis in which we develop a CNN-based giant otter call type classifier.

I just proofread the document and added the Image-Dataset directory to the .gitignore. Please let me know if you would like any additional changes! Thanks!

Also, I just deleted the .DS_Store to clean up the repo. Hope everything looks ok! Thanks!

Guess the next step would be to add the dataset to the fastai lib (so that it can be accessed through URLs): image

Once the PR to fastai will get merged into master, please change the url here (to be accessed via the URLs object)
