Made syncer query for historyMode: 'all' when querying another replica.
Added tests to make sure writes to the same paths are being synced correctly, updated utils to properly check syncedness of different replicas.
Upgrade earthstar-streaming-rpc to 4.0.3, fixing a typechecking issue with Opine.
