Range based set reconciliation diagrams #5

The diagram for the non-matching fingerprints case has a caption which I've helpfully written some completely unusable text for.

Merging for now to have the pretty drawings, might edit the captions later.

@sgwilym The diagram for a mismatch labels its documents, the diagram for a match does not label its documents. Deliberate or an oversight? I'd prefer a more consistent version I think.

There's a problem with the mismatch diagram =/. Alfie would not send C, because Betty is the one to detect the mismatching fingerprints. And she would then split Q and Y.

I'll comment this out of the hosted website for now.
