tools like photoshop aren't available to everyone for translating and creating new documents. would it be possible to use gimp, inkscape, scribus, etc.?

Ive just spoken with Douglas McDank and confirmed that you can use whatever you want.

"Everyone is free to use whatever is available to them :shrug: There's no rules for this"
