Implement database and UI for editing cards for English cards

implement database with words, pictures, definitions, transcriptions, phonetics and example of context use for the application English cards;
implement UI on the EDU platform to manage the content of the application; requirements:
the name of the lesson is the name of the topic (actually the name of a card desk)
there is a possibility to choose a level (a1-c2)
the words can be added, edited or/and deleted;
for each word there are such fields as: picture for the word (can upload or/and change, add more than 1), definitions (can paste, edit or delete; foreseen possibility to add more than 1 definition), transcription of the word, link to phonetics, examples of context use for each definition (can add, edit or delete);
