Provide a concept browser for SOMA #102

It is intended as an easy-to-use discovery interface. The browser should be added to the gh-pages branch to handle deployed SOMA versions.

First, have a look at what tools are out there. Here are some resource:

Well, the visualdataweb link doesn't work currently, so we do not have a concept browser

It seems the new link that we got from the webvowl people is also down at the moment.
