Renamed last iolite URI's #273

This PR would resolve https://github.com/ease-crc/soma/issues/213

The last iolite reference creates problems with namespaces in KnowRob (we don't import iolite anymore, so the iolite prefix is not defined, see https://github.com/knowrob/knowrob/blob/808ee2b4a7e4307a1dac17b621845fefefb91fc5/src/model/SOMA.pl#L330), so I would rename the concepts by using the SOMA URI prefix.
