Style Project cards to match spec #23

Each project is on it's own card, these are loaded in dynamically from json files.

We need them to be beautiful and match our spec.

Don't worry as much about the styling of the individual paragraphs for now.

Focus on:

background color matching spec and on card
max width image (or put image in a container) that is 300px
Center project tile in the card

@ToniTepes you got this?? Also you should be able to see CSS/style aspects in figma on the right hand side. Let me know if you can't though, and I can copy them in (I might just have more access to the Figma doc than you)
