Make sure project images are correct #27

The CMS is being weird about the file paths for project images, which may be its own issue.

In the meantime, we can also make sure the images point to the right ones by checking this doc: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Wjq11VUoqHuOO1OwTB7LIG_W4eAV5T68PktcqZBZrtQ/edit?usp=drive_web&ouid=117025765328028106544

There are two ways to update the image paths: through the cms or by updating the file path directly in index.json

Also I think some images are missing in the repo, it would be good to note which ones still need to be moved over.

I fixed this in the CMS so I'm going to see if Kacie or Paola can update these.
