Add installer function #15

In order to streamline the delivery and install process a function to install a instance of "EPR" should be included in the module.

Would give us the following steps for installation:

  1. Download install package
  2. Run Install-Module 'ERP.GlobalFunctions'
  3. Run New-EprInstallation
  4. Read and follow postInstallInstructions.html
