Add deprecation warning to 'New-PostBody' #29

Usage of function 'New-PostBody' should be replaced with 'Send-ToEasitGO' from EGOW project

'New-PostBody' is used by 'New-EPRInstallation' and should not be deprecated but not used by end users. Add warning if used that recommends end user to use 'Send-ToEasitGO' instead.
