Add function to convert Easit GO export string #44

We need a single function to handle converting the output from Easit GO. This function should work as a dispatcher to other functions sush as 'Convert-FromBase64ToUtf8' and 'New-FlatGetItemsReturnObject' but in the end return a PSCustomObject
