Does not do anything #68

Windows 10, ACT 3.4.5 release 266, DFAssist v2.2.13.0.

After following the wiki on installation (installing .NET runtime, placing the plugin in a dedicated directory and adding/enabling the plugin in ACT), the plugin is added and shown as loaded, but it does nothing. The log contains no errors but does not mention successfully reading network data either.

Pressing Test Configuration has no effect. Settings cannot be saved or are not loaded upon startup.
