Create categories functionality #30

We should devise a list of categories for all of our content going forward. Google News recognizes these.

Business
Education
Entertainment
Headlines
Health
Humor
Law and order
Lifestyle/Leisure
Multimedia
Editorial
Other
Politics
Religion
Satire
Science/Environment
Sports and Games
Technology
Weird

Ours don't have to be identical, but we should consider how ours map to these when devising our own so our stuff gets found.

Revising this to be more accurate. I've created an Education category in our instance of WordPress and tagged all existing OEA stories as such. We can create new categories as we go, but once we have this functionality in place, even for just a single category, I can start listing it on Google News.

gatsby-node.js should already be generating the categories and tags pages. We really just need to get links on the website!
