Example:

!sched @1900 4:00

Should use local time (I'll need to be able to provide a command line option for timezone here...); that'd mean arriving at 7PM and staying for four hours.

Issues to confront:

DST boundary conditions?
times that are in the next day?

Maybe let users set their timezone.
