To start, CTA trains for Chicago. More to be added later, perhaps!

Arrivals and trip time estimation. Query by run number to find out when the train you're on will get to stop x.

So far, these commits are working on this:

The commands !L queries CTA trains. It needs a lot of fleshing out. This depends on https://github.com/eastein/ordat to get the data.
