CNV searching is restricted to a single project

No idea why, this could / should just take the project ID from searching for bams:

I think that PROJECT_CNVS does not necessarily overlap with any of the projects which are searched for BAMs - so this is probably covering that case

Reopening because I originally misunderstood the problem, but have since learned more. The issue is:

CNV files are stored in all the same projects as BAM files.
But instead of searching all projects, the searcher-script is just searching a single project specified as a config variable.
Therefore, people aren't able to access the files which help them visualise CNVs in Genetics Ark.
